Lifeline Recertification: Keep Your Free Service

Quick answer

Lifeline recertification is the yearly check that confirms you still qualify. USAC or iPhone Government will notify you by text, mail or email before your deadline. You then have 60 days to respond. Many customers are recertified automatically. Otherwise, confirm online through the National Verifier or call us at 1-800-745-6161. If you miss the deadline, your benefit is removed.
