Didn't the free tablet program end?
Many free tablets used to come through the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP), which stopped taking new enrollments in 2024 and ended when its funding ran out. Lifeline is a separate, permanent program and it's still going strong. Tablet offers today come from Lifeline providers like us as an enrollment perk, not from a separate government grant. That's why availability depends on inventory.
