Information we collect

We collect what's needed to determine Lifeline eligibility and provide service: name, date of birth, address, contact details, qualifying program or income information, and identity documents you choose to upload. We also collect basic device and usage data needed to operate the network.

How we use it

To verify eligibility with the FCC/USAC National Verifier and the National Lifeline Accountability Database, provide and support your service, ship devices, meet legal obligations and prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information with USAC and state agencies for eligibility, with shipping and network partners to deliver service, and when required by law.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access controls. Never send Social Security or benefit card numbers by email.

Your choices

You may request access to or correction of your information, and opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP or emailing support@iphonegovernment.com.
